Business Analyst
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational initiatives and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide support and assistance to operational teams as needed to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the management as and when required.
Requirements
  • Must be fully qualified in CIMA or hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar position Must have advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
