Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify and drive process improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Utilize data analysis techniques to derive insights and inform decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational initiatives and identify areas for further optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
Provide support and assistance to operational teams as needed to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the management as and when required.
Requirements
Must be fully qualified in CIMA or hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar position Must have advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
